In this class I’ll show you from start to finish how I create these diverse, eclectic chickens. We’ll start with a basic chicken and incorporate some favorite artists’ styles and techniques. How would Picasso paint this chicken? How might Klimt or Modigliani finish this chicken? I’m going to provide some interesting suggestions and samples to inspire you and demonstrate my own specific techniques for drawing, painting and adding the finishing touches and tiny details- Combined with your own style and tastes you’ll go home with a fantastic piece and stretch your skills just outside of the box coop!
You’ll have freedom to use your favorite mixed media products and to use the provided examples of various chicken types and many artist styles in any combination. I’ll work with you as much or as little as you need to complete your piece. Feel free to email with questions susan.rossiter@yahoo.com

Supplies Needed to bring for Class:
Favorite acrylics set and brushes
White Gel pen, black fine point pigment pens 005, 001 and reading glasses if you wear them!
